STEP 1 - Select your plan
Select your plan from our catalogue

Choose 'Buy now' to pay $100 through Paypal for your preliminary plans (you may contact us for alternative payment methods)

Download your preliminary house plans from the download link provided. Please contact us if you do not receive your download.

With your purchase you will receive:

Floor Plan - showing general layout and basic dimensions

4 Elevations - Doors/window positions and sizes, roof angles and style

1 or 2 sections - showing basic construction details

Site plan - showing the house on a site and in relation to the street

Preferences list - To be completed by you to show your selected options

Print out your plans on A4 paper

If you are unsure or have further questions about anything you may like to contact us before purchasing your plans. You may also contact us if you would prefer to pay by an alternative method or would like your preliminary plans mailed to you.

STEP 2 - Edit your plan
After receiving your plans you can make any alterations you would like using liquid paper and red pen. You will need to complete the site diagram sheet provided, including the distances of the house you would like from your street and boundaries.

Additionally, you will need to complete the preferences list, requiring the following details:

Wall type/height
Roof type/style/angle
Window type/sizes
Paved area/deck
Concrete slab/timber frame
Garage/carport

Alternatively, if you are happy with you can return them to us without any changes at all!

Suggestions:

Ask your builders' opinion on changes and options that would be most suitable to your project
Include some photos of your land when returning your plans.

STEP 3 - Return the plans and details to us for editing

Return your plans to us with a payment of $900.
Indicate any changes you would like and include the completed preferences list and the site plan with boundary dimensions

You can return your plans to us in the post or scan them and send them by email.

What we do:
On receiving the plans:

We will make changes to the plans and the options as indicated by you
We will confirm all changes and options are correct and you are satisifed with them via phone, email or mail before completing your plans
We will mail completed plans back to the address requested by you (8 copies - postage included)
We will provide any additional information required by your local council for approval.
