Will these plans be accepted in all states and territories of Australia?
Yes, we conform to all states and territories in Australia.
How much will any changes cost?
The purchase price of the plan includes any changes your require, provided you are within the general design plan.
Is the cost of the preliminary plans deducted from the cost?
yes.
Do you supply a site plan?
Yes, providing you send the plan of the site showing dimensions.
Do you supply a plumbing plan?
Yes - providing you indicate the sewer and stormwater connection positions on the site. On rural properties you must indicate septic tank and rain water tank position.
Do you provide Engineers drawings?
No. Take your plans to a local engineer and they can request an electronic copy.
Do you provide an electrical plan?
No. Powerpoint positions, lights etc. are determined by you.
Can my builder, engineer, local council etc. call to discuss the project?
Yes, preferably before plans are finalised.
Does the cost include alterations and additional information requested by council?
Yes, where changes are required to meet local council planning schemes.
Can you gaurantee our plans will get council approval?
No. We can alter plans to meet council requirements but is some circumstances it is up to the discretion of the council planner to give approval.
Can these plans be reused for future projects?
No. These plans are to be used for a single project only.
How long will it take to receive my preliminary plans?
When you pay by Paypal, you will be taken to a download link where you will receive them instantly. Alternatively, you can contact us for alternative payments arrangements. In this case, plans will be posted the day payment has cleared.
Can I take my preliminary plans to my own draftsman?
No. These plans are our copyright.
How much will my plans cost?
Your preliminary plans will cost $100. Return your edited plans to us with any changes you would like and your site survey plan, along with a payment of $900. You will receive a set of full plans ready for council approval. The total cost will be $1000.
How long will it take to receive my final edited plans?
Providing that you have supplied the information we need and we can contact you to confirm your changes, your final plans should be reposted within 2 days.
How long do I have between downloading the plans and returning them to be edited?
As long as you like, there is no time limit.
